Darwin & Surrounds
The city of Darwin is the capital of Australia's vast Northern Territory. Darwin is the homeland of the Larrakia People, and the surrounds of Darwin have many more Aboriginal nations with stories to be told and experiences to be shared.
Located on the edge of the Timor Sea, Darwin is your gateway to the world-renowned Kakadu National Park. You have to visit the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets they are great for entertainment and there’s always something good to eat. If markets aren’t your thing - you can try the twilight harbour cruise which gives you a chance to see all the highlights of the city - and if you’re lucky spot some turtles.
From Darwin you can check out the Art scene, catch day tours led by Aboriginal guides to Litchfield and Kakadu National Parks, or a ferry to the remote Tiwi Islands.
